This notice explains how Parham Bridges Tennis Center uses information submitted through our tennis inquiry forms, including Facebook and Instagram forms, and how analytics and advertising tools may process information when you visit tennis.ms.
The form requests your full name, email address, phone number and the tennis program you are interested in. You may also choose to tell us about the player’s experience and preferred days or times. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not include payment details, identification documents, health information or other sensitive information.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss lessons or clinics and their availability, and coordinate the next steps you request. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a reservation. Your inquiry does not sign you up for unrelated marketing messages.
Authorized Parham Bridges staff and instructors may use the information needed to handle your inquiry. Nuzu, our marketing service provider, may access inquiry records to administer these campaigns and support follow-up on our behalf. We do not sell inquiry information. We may disclose information when required by law or as needed to protect people, rights or security.
Facebook and Instagram are operated by Meta. Meta also processes information under its own privacy policies, including information used to prefill a lead form. You can review the Meta Privacy Policy for information about Meta’s practices. This notice describes Parham Bridges’ use of the information submitted to us.
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website and to improve its content. Depending on the configuration and your choices, information processed may include pages visited, interactions, referral sources, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie or device identifiers. Your browser may send information, including the page URL and IP address, to Google when its services load.
We may use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether ads lead to actions such as tennis inquiries. Where enabled, remarketing and advertising features may help us reach previous visitors or other relevant audiences on Google services and partner sites. These features may use first-party and third-party cookies or similar identifiers together to connect website interactions with ad interactions, subject to the features enabled, your settings and applicable consent requirements.

You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Where our website offers consent controls, you can use them to manage optional analytics and advertising choices. Cookie controls and advertising choices can differ by browser and device.
You can manage Google’s personalized advertising settings in My Ad Center. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on in supported browsers. The add-on applies to Google Analytics and does not block every form of website measurement. Turning off personalized ads does not necessarily stop all advertising or measurement.
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, coordinate requested services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We limit access to authorized people who need it for these purposes and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
These inquiry forms are intended for adults aged 18 and older. A parent or guardian should submit junior program inquiries using their own contact information. Please do not enter a child’s contact details, date of birth or other unnecessary personal information.
